Renting a commercial property? Please call our office if you are interested in commercial leasing qualifications and the application process.
- Government-issued ID and proof of income (social security number or TIN, 2 months of paystubs, 3 months of bank statements, tax returns, voucher, award letter)
- Landlord contact information for previous 3 landlords
- All adults aged 18+ must apply & pay a $75 app fee (non-refundable).
