Peter Fertig

Peter Fertig

Peter Fertig is the president of Fertig and Gordon. He established the company in 1978 with John Gordon as his partner. Peter has a BA from Tufts University and a MS from University of Southern California. He is a member of the Foothill Apartment Association, the Board of Realtors, and is a California real estate broker.

While at Fertig and Gordon, Peter Fertig has supervised the company’s efforts in property acquisition, and syndication, resulting in the purchase of more than 50 commercial, income producing buildings throughout Los Angeles County. One of the strengths of Peter Fertig is the “owner’s mentality” that he brings to the management of your property, since he, like you, is an owner of income property. He knows how to manage property; how to maximize cash flow; how to manage the tenancy; and how to create value for your building.

Kelly Stanaway

Kelly Stanaway

Kelly Stanaway is the Vice President of Fertig and Gordon. She brings to Fertig and Gordon a background in both real estate property management and in business accounting.She earned her BA from California State Polytechnic, Pomona, and her MA from Concord University. She is a licensed California real estate broker.

Her experience in property management was with Trammell Crow, a national development and property management company, where she assisted in managing industrial and commercial buildings in the greater Los Angeles area. Her experience in business accounting was with Arthur Andersen, a national accounting and consulting company, where she assisted in helping client companies meet their strategic goals.

Kristen

Kristen Smith

Kristen Smith is Fertig and Gordon’s property management director. In this role she guides the management of the residential and commercial properties in our inventory. Under her supervision are the on-site managers, the maintenance staff, the property managers, and our tenants. Kristen has a BA from the University of Phoenix, is a California licensed real estate agent and has her CCAM designation for HOA management. She has experience in property management and retailing, the latter which gives her a unique insight into the operations of our commercial tenancy.
