Peter Fertig is the president of Fertig and Gordon. He established the company in 1978 with John Gordon as his partner. Peter has a BA from Tufts University and a MS from University of Southern California. He is a member of the Foothill Apartment Association, the Board of Realtors, and is a California real estate broker.
While at Fertig and Gordon, Peter Fertig has supervised the company’s efforts in property acquisition, and syndication, resulting in the purchase of more than 50 commercial, income producing buildings throughout Los Angeles County.
